What people ask us most
Will I be charged anything extra on arrival?
No. You pay your per-pound rate and the insurance before dispatch. If you choose adjustment coverage, customs charges are protected up to your rate’s limit.
How long does it take?
To Colombia, 8 to 9 business days for most shipments; cell phones can take up to 15. To Mexico, 15 business days. If customs takes longer, you see it in tracking.
What can I ship?
Personal-use items, up to 6 of the same category per box. Medications, dog food and used vehicle parts cannot be shipped.
What if my box gets lost?
Every shipment travels with mandatory insurance that covers the total loss of the box.
How much does it cost to ship to Mexico?
$3.60 per pound, with a 10 lb minimum and 6% insurance. The greater of actual and volumetric weight is charged. Boxes go from 12×12×12 to 18×18×18 inches.
